Superior Billet Upper Control Arms
When lifting your Tacoma or 4Runner, you want to maintain the highest levels of performance while enabling adjustments to correct camber and caster from the lift. The Camburg KINETIK Series Billet Upper Control Arm Kit is designed to increase wheel travel on vehicles that have between 1-3″ of lift. The billet UCAs feature large FK 1.25″ uniballs with PTFE liners for increased strength and maximum wheel travel, while the strong FK 7/8″ Chromoly Heim joints allow for adjustment of the camber and caster on your vehicle. The Heim joins also work to eliminate flexing and deflection during hard use and braking without binding during use. The ability to adjust the caster provides a standard setting of 3-3.5 degrees and a high caster setting of 5-5.5 degrees for heavy off-road use or highly lifted trucks with low caster. The CAD design and CNC-machining from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum provide the foundation for incredibly durable and versatile UCAs of the highest standards. Additional protection from the harshest terrain and most unforgiving elements are afforded by the Type II anodized gunmetal gray finish. Also, the 1.25″ uniballs provide the ability to run a more substantial, more durable 9/16″ 12-point bolt with a low profile bolt-on uniball cap to resist the elements. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle by using model-specific spacers that precisely match the factory taper. Installation of the heat-treated stainless steel UCAs is simple and doesn’t require any drilling or modifications. Camburg includes all the necessary installation instructions and hardware.
